What PetAtlas collects
PetAtlas collects information you choose to provide, information needed to run your account, and limited technical information needed to keep the service reliable.
Account data
This can include your email address, sign-in provider details, plan status, preferences and basic profile information.
Pet profile data
Pet profiles may include names, species, age, weight, health notes, documents, timelines, vaccination records and other details you save.
AI case data
When you use the AI companion, PetAtlas stores the situation you describe, messages, generated guidance and related context so you can return to the case history.
Service and location data
If you search for nearby services, PetAtlas may use the location or place you provide to return relevant results. Do not share location information you do not want used for that request.
Email reminders
If reminders are enabled, PetAtlas may use your account email to send practical reminders such as vaccination due-date emails based on dates you entered.
Analytics and diagnostics
PetAtlas may use basic product analytics and logs to understand reliability, improve the experience and investigate errors. We avoid logging unnecessary sensitive content.
